KEY WIND CHIMES

Materials

-Some old keys (4 – 5)

-A stick

-String or fishing line

-Optional: Acrylic paint or old nail polish

Step 1. Clean your old keys with an old cloth, soap and water. Then let dry.
Step 2. (This step is optional) Paint your keys to your desired colours. You can either use acrylic paint or nail polish. You’ll need to paint two coats to get optimum colour payoff.
Step 3. Once dried, tie your keys onto a stick making sure they are close enough to each other that they will chime when the wind blows them.
Step 4. Tie you key wind chime onto an old tree or your house veranda.

NAUGHTS AND CROSSES

Materials

-Acrylic paint (old nail polish can be used as an alternative)

-Cut piece of wood (a few sticks can be used as an alternative)

-Assorted rocks or pebbles

Step 1. With your assorted rocks or pebbles, paint naughts and crossed using acrylic paint or old nail polish.
Step 2. Paint a grid onto a cut piece of wood. Alternatively, you can create your grid with some sticks as seen above.
Step 3. Your naughts and crosses game is now ready to use.

MARSHMALLOW PLAYDOH

Materials

-6 Marshmallows

-2 teaspoons of coconut oil

-3 tablespoons of corn starch

-Natural food colouring

Step 1. Place your marshmallows into a bowl. Then add 15 drops of your chosen food colouring along with the coconut oil and corn starch. Mix slightly.
Step 2. Microwave for 15 seconds. Once completed, allow mix to cool down.
Step 3. Apply small amount of coconut oil on hands and mould marsh mellow into a round oval shape. Place on baking paper until ready to use.
