Learn how to make your own fermented sauerkraut at home. The workshop will cover basic health benefits, different herbs and spices and how to incorporate them, and how to best store your sauerkraut. You will be led by Camilla Hodgkins from Rhubarb Rhubarb Organics – an organic grocery that has been at the Preston Market for over 18 years. Camilla will have tastings available for you to try.
