A Letter From Management – July 2020

Last week, Preston Market Management was informed two stall holders (husband and wife) tested positive for COVID-19. We have taken all precautionary actions which has involved closing the shop, deep cleaning and notifying staff. The couple have not returned to the market since being tested positive and the store will remain closed until the pair have been given the all clear.

“While it is not thought that any customers have been exposed, this is a timely reminder to Victorians to maintain physical distance while in retail and shopping environments.” – DHHS https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus-update-victoria-4-july-2020

Preston Market are committed to keeping the community safe and would like to reassure you that we continue to implement hygiene restrictions and social distancing measures to ensure the safety of our traders and customers.

We remain open under strict government guidelines, and many of our traders continue to offer online ordering and delivery services.

We want to thank you all for your ongoing support and hope everyone is safe during these times.
